I am entering my 11th year in real estate and have a proven sales record selling 95% of my listings in 1 month or less. On the buying side, I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers. My name is Alexander Elston, and I go by Zander. I have lived in Carmel ever since my family moved here when I was in the 3rd grade. I am a graduate of Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville, and attended Ball State University, majoring in communication studies. I am now a real estate agent for United Real Estate Indianapolis and I specialize in helping clients buy & sell houses by delivering the most quality and efficient service possible.
I chose real estate as a career because I truly love helping people. I enjoy meeting new people and connecting with them. When I was at Ball State, I had an internship during a summer break with a private real estate broker. It was an amazing experience and I fell in love with the business. I decided to pursue a career in real estate after college, and here I am.
I attended Guerin Catholic High School in (Class of 2010), and Ball State University (Class of 2014) majoring in communication studies. In my spare time I love to run. I've ran four marathons, and am currently training for my fifth. This summer I ran the Flying Pig marathon in Cincinnati OH, and the Aspen Marathon in Aspen CO. I am also an avid piano player, and I am always practicing new music. In my spare time I also love to read books; I try to read something new each month. Other things I enjoy doing are traveling to new places, spending time with family & friends, and enjoying concerts at the Klipsch Music Center. Running marathons has taught me to go the extra mile every time, and I promise to do that for all of my clients.
I have an AMAZING group of people I work alongside with at United. They provide me with the resources, support, and guidance I need to deliver the best service for my clients. For buyers, I will find you a home within your price range, area preference, and help you though this process. I understand that buying a home is a HUGE decision in your life, and I will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals. For sellers, I can offer you listing services that will help sell your home for the price you want. This includes working with potential buyers, organizing open houses, advertising, and many other services. I've only scratched the surface on what I can do for potential buyers and sellers.
I would love to talk to you more about how I can serve you. My number is 1-(317)-730-4222. Let's talk!

My name is Karen Parker, I am an established real estate broker with United Real Estate located at 1425 E. 86th Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you.
When not helping Indianapolis area buyers and sellers, I enjoy going to parks and walking trails surrounding my home in Indianapolis and spending time at home with my husband and three beautiful daughters. I love to read, garden and watch Project Runway!
I'm originally from Washington State, I was born and raised on the Colville Indian Reservation and I'm the sixth of nine children. i belong to Christ the King Catholic Church, my kids go to Christ the King School and Bishop Chatard High School.
I remember when my mom, who was a single working parent, was able to buy her first home when I was twelve years-old. I recall the excitement of moving into our new home, and how much it positively changed our lives. In part, the impactful impression it left on me at that young age is why I'm so passionate about every person having the opportunity to be a homeowner. Homeownership is the path for most individuals to build wealth in our Country. Did you know that the net worth of a typical homeowner is nearly 40x that of a non owner? For that reason, I'm all about making sure that every person has the opportunity to achieve his/her homeownership goals. I have been an educator, court reporter, and a sheet metal worker in my past careers which have all, in some way, lead me to real estate. I love being outdoors and being active, camping, riding my bike, playing pickleball, working in my garden, and spending time with my family and grandchildren. I love to travel and find new adventures, and that is where you will likely find me when I am not working and helping you with buying or selling your next home.
A full-time real estate professional since 2002 specializing in residential real estate as both a buyer agent and a listing agent. I have earned considerable experience with short sales, foreclosures and in the REO industry; having partnered with Freddie Mac and OCWEN as a listing agent. As a buyer's agent, I enjoy the process of locating properties for individuals and families in the Indianapolis metropolitan area and surrounding counties. I also have experience as a short sale negotiator, having worked with Bank of America, SunTrust, Huntington, GMAC, and other loan service providers. Other work experience includes property management and loan origination. My current objectives are to connect with change agents in the real estate, banking, and investment fields. I have extensive experience with companies and investment firms that are acquiring single family homes to be utilized as rental properties with funds coming from self-directed IRA's and/or REIT's. I welcome opportunities to work with banking professionals, attorneys, and private individuals who desire to partner with a professional real estate expert--whether it be as a buyer's agent, listing agent, or a conduit to liquidate properties in probate, etc. My background, prior to real estate, includes advertising sales (electronic media, print, and outdoor); customer service; entrepreneurship, coaching, leadership and development. I have thoroughly enjoyed my career path and look forward to connecting with other industry leaders.
