I grew up in Hammond, Indiana and moved to Indy after graduating from Ball State University. I raised 5 boys in the new Palestine area and then moved to Lawrence Township in Indianapolis after I remarried. My husband, Danny owns a Pepperidge Farm Distributorship. We love spending time with our 12 Grandchildren, boating and just hanging out with friends.
I love what I do! I started in Real Estate in 2006. I have learned so much from so many great mentors in a couple different companies. Recently Amber Wilson and I joined together to form the Wilson Bade Group at United Real Estate. We feel this partnership will be an asset to our clients. As I am helping people either sell their current home or find the home where they want to make memories I have the privilege to make friends with these clients along the way. I don't take it lightly that I am helping people with the largest transaction of their life. My goal is to keep my clients completely informed each step of the way and to ensure the process is as smooth and carefree as possible.
As a full time REALTOR providing full service I try to go beyond the expected. When working with me you can rest assured you are in great hands!

As a young child, I vividly remember tagging along with my dad as he worked buying and selling homes in Caracas, Venezuela. Following my father’s passion for real estate, it was at a young age that I started to appreciate the unique beauty in every home.
In 1995, my wife and I immigrated to the United States and after working in the computer and sales industries for a few years, I decided to get back to my roots and back to my love of real estate. In 2005, I started by purchasing investment properties and then slowly grew in my profession as a full time real estate agent.
As an associate broker at United Real Estate in Carmel, I specialize in buying and selling homes in Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville and Fishers.
I would be honored by the opportunity to help you list and sell your current property or find the next home to call your own. I understand that every client has a unique set of needs and will use my knowledge and passion to help you achieve your real estate dreams.
It’s like my dad always said, “A house isn’t just four walls… it’s a home”.

My name is Alexander Elston, and I go by Zander. I have lived in Carmel ever since my family moved here when I was in the 3rd grade. I am a graduate of Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville, and attended Ball State University, majoring in communication studies. I am now a real estate agent for United Real Estate Indianapolis and I specialize in helping clients buy & sell houses by delivering the most quality and efficient service possible.
I chose real estate as a career because I truly love helping people. I enjoy meeting new people and connecting with them. When I was at Ball State, I had an internship during a summer break with a private real estate broker. It was an amazing experience and I fell in love with the business. I decided to pursue a career in real estate after college, and here I am.
I attended Guerin Catholic High School in (Class of 2010), and Ball State University (Class of 2014) majoring in communication studies. In my spare time I love to run. I've ran four marathons, and am currently training for my fifth. This summer I ran the Flying Pig marathon in Cincinnati OH, and the Aspen Marathon in Aspen CO. I am also an avid piano player, and I am always practicing new music. In my spare time I also love to read books; I try to read something new each month. Other things I enjoy doing are traveling to new places, spending time with family & friends, and enjoying concerts at the Klipsch Music Center. Running marathons has taught me to go the extra mile every time, and I promise to do that for all of my clients.
I have an AMAZING group of people I work alongside with at United. They provide me with the resources, support, and guidance I need to deliver the best service for my clients. For buyers, I will find you a home within your price range, area preference, and help you though this process. I understand that buying a home is a HUGE decision in your life, and I will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals. For sellers, I can offer you listing services that will help sell your home for the price you want. This includes working with potential buyers, organizing open houses, advertising, and many other services. I've only scratched the surface on what I can do for potential buyers and sellers.
I would love to talk to you more about how I can serve you. My number is 1-(317)-730-4222. Let's talk!

I was born and raised on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana along with three siblings, and was greatly influenced by my father. He was a very creative man who inspired me to learn as much about business as I possibly could from a very early age. He also encouraged me to express myself through art, writing and inventing, and instilled within me the ability to not be afraid to step ‘outside of the box,’ and to focus my sights beyond the status quo.
As I look back upon my life’s journey thus far, my most important and rewarding experience and accomplishment in life has been the raising of my three children, Stephanie, Tyler and Paige. They were wonderful children growing up and are now young adults that I am very proud of, plus, I now have an amazing grandchild that I can both love AND spoil!
Once my children were grown, I took a good look in the mirror and decided that it was time to devote some attention to my personal growth, so I elected to go back to college and attended Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis, where I studied public relations on a full-time basis. I also attended Herron School of Art & Design and the Liberal Arts school for creative writing. Being one that possesses a desire to continue to learn, I’m expanding my skills in the luxury home market, as well as attending a University to learn about trading on the stock market, as well.
Today, I’m extremely passionate about my real estate career and the people that I work with. I love to help my customers and clients achieve as well as exceed their desired goals, and I always strive to deliver to them more than they expect. I attribute that mindset to my father, as I mentioned, instilling within me the importance of exceeding the status quo. It’s the cornerstone of my business philosophy.
I’m blessed to be a part of the United Real Estate Indianapolis family, one of the most recognizable brand names.
I am a member of Toastmasters International - Zionsville Charte. I'm also a child advocate volunteer.
Lifelong resident of Indianapolis with 26 years experience in the real estate business. I chose real estate because I like interacting with people and I like houses. My business motto is Personalized and Franchised . I strive to fine my customers the best support and service.

There are many real estate agents you could choose to work with - but very few have the track record of success that I have generated over the last 19 years. Whether it's marketing homes that don't show well, negotiating the best deal, or tracking down just the right house for a choosy client, I've proven that I'm able to not only meet but exceed expectations every time. It's not easy to find an agent with my combination of skills, strengths and experience - which is why I hope you'll think of me whenever you (or someone you know) is considering buying or selling a home in the area.
I am passionate about real estate and have extensive experience in rural land, agricultural property, commercial and residential transactions for both buyers and sellers. In addition to 15+ years as a corporate executive, I have been involved in the real estate market as an investor since 2005. This experience has broadened my understanding of zoning and land use issues that can impact any transaction.I focus on property in Marion, Hancock, Hamilton, Boone and Hendricks Counties.
